"Pretty smooth order overall"
I got my order right around when it said it would arrive, which was nice. Everything was packed fine and most of it was exactly what I picked, so no real complaints there. I didn’t notice until I was putting stuff away that one item was a different flavor than the one I ordered. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just a little annoying since I was expecting the other one. Other than that, the delivery was fine.

"Canceling Didn’t Stop the Charge"
I canceled my subscription and still got billed again, which was really frustrating. Customer service did eventually fix it, but it took way longer than it should have, and it didn’t make me feel like I can trust them to handle billing issues quickly.

"The stuff I wanted was out again"
The site is good and easy enough to use, but the flavors I was looking for were sold out again. Kind of frustrating when you go in for this or that and it’s not available.

"My order did show up packed really..."
My order did show up packed really well, nothing was leaking, damaged, or beat up, and the box was clean. So I’ll give them credit for that. But i still felt a little misled because the overall experience wasn’t quite what I expected based on how it was presented. The packaging was nice, but that didn’t fully make up for the disappointment

"Got a quick reply the same day"
I reached out in the morning and didn’t expect to hear back that fast, but they replied quickly. By later that day, everything was sorted out, which made the whole thing way less stressful...

"Return was fine, refund was slow"
The return process went okay overall, I guess. I did get my refund in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Not the worst experience, just not as quick as I’d hoped.

"Too Sweet to Enjoy for Long"
Just a heads up: the flavor wasn’t terrible, but it was way sweeter than I expected. It tasted okay at first, but after a little while it got old fast. If you don’t like overly sweet stuff, I’d probably be careful with this one.

"Mixed smoother than I thought it would"
I’ve had my share of powders that turn into little clumps no matter how much I shake them, so I was expecting the same here. But this one surprised me. I just used cold water in a regular shaker bottle, and it came together quickly without me having to stand there shaking it forever.
The texture is what really made it work for me. It’s smooth and easy to drink, not gritty, chalky, or weirdly thick after it sits for a minute. For me, that makes a big difference because if something feels annoying to drink, I just won’t stick with it daily.

"Wish I had checked the ingredients first"
I really wanted to be happy with this, but I kind of regret buying it before reading the ingredient list more closely. For the price, I expected something a little cleaner from Bowmar. The flavor isn’t bad, but there are more sweeteners and extra additives than I personally like. It’s drinkable, just not the quality I was hoping for

"Arrived sooner than expected"
Shipping was faster than I thought it would be, which was really helpful because I didn’t have to wait around or rearrange my plans. Nice and easy experience overall.

"Easy to order, just a bit slow"
I found what I needed quickly and placing the order was simple. Checkout went through without any problems, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I was going to give it, well, I’m giving it 4 stars because the site loaded a little slowly on my phone. Other than that, everything was fine.

"Easy on My Stomach"
I was a little nervous this might upset my stomach or leave a weird aftertaste, but it’s been totally fine. It mixes really easily, doesn’t make me feel bloated, and goes down without any issues. For me, it’s a solid choice and I’d definitely keep using it

“Sarah Bowmar runs the customer service department and you can tell in their snarky defensive responses to legitimate questions. They will only answer questions that don't tarnish their brand so as long as they like your question they'll respond. Other times you will be ignored.”
